**Terms and Conditions Agreement** By proceeding with your purchase, you (the "Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. **Refund Policy- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant no later than 5 days after item has been confirmed delivered with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. Sheglowshair LLC reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges. 2. **Cancellation- Funds are processed immediately after order is placed. Therefore we cannot make any cancellations. Such orders will be immediately canceled and refunded. We may contact you for further information to verify your identity and validate the transaction, allowing you to retry the purchase subsequently. 3. **Shipping Policy** - **Processing Time:** Orders are processed within 1-2 days of purchase. - **Shipping Times:** Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method at checkout. ** We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost packages, or customs delays. - **Incorrect Address:** It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. Changes cannot be made to the address if your order has already been shipped . Once products have been shipped, sheglowshair LLC is not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, stolen , custom delays, and or undeliverable packages . Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. **Lost Packages**: Sheglowshair LLC is not responsible for lost packages. However, we will make every effort to assist you by contacting the carrier and helping with insurance claims. 4. **Authorization of Purchase** - By completing the checkout process and making a purchase, you are authorizing the payment method used and confirming that all information provided is accurate. - **Chargebacks:** By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any reason related to this transaction.
