REFUND / RETURN POLICIES

REFUNDS

Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant no later than 5 days after item has been confirmed delivered with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. 

Returns/Exchanges: Sheglowshair LLC reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.

Authorization of Purchase: By completing the checkout process and making a purchase, you are authorizing the payment method used and confirming that all information provided is accurate. - **Chargebacks:** By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for any reason related to this transaction. Any chargeback request will be disputed and may result in the termination of your ability to shop with us in the future. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations: Funds are processed immediately after order is placed. Therefore we cannot make any cancellations. If you need to make any changes to order(s) please be sure to email us immediately after order is placed info@sheglowshair.com In some cases, our system may flag orders as fraudulent. Such orders will be immediately canceled and refunded. We may contact you for further information to verify your identity and validate the transaction, allowing you to retry the purchase subsequently.
